What’s included
Categories
Check the primary category and extra categories against the services the business wants to show.
Photos
Note missing photos and photos that do not match the business.
Hours
Compare the hours posted on the profile with the hours the business intends to show.
NAP consistency
Compare the name, address, and phone on the profile with the same details on the website.
Site speed and mobile check
Open the website at a phone width and note obvious speed and usability problems.
Fixes
Write the recommended fixes. On a live engagement, changes are made only after they are approved.
Process
Send the business name, city, and website with the audit form.
The checklist is checked against the public profile and the public website.
A written set of findings is prepared.
Approved fixes are applied only after you approve them. We do not sign in to any profile without your permission.
